




Job Summary: A professional to develop, validate, and implement collection strategies, optimizing outcomes and leading strategic initiatives within the credit and collections area. Cross-departmental integration and innovation in market strategies. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Support the development, validation, and implementation of collection strategies, such as segmentation and recovery policies. * Identify opportunities to enhance collection performance through data analysis. * Evaluate the effectiveness of collection actions, discount policies, and debt negotiation approaches to propose new strategies. * Lead strategic guidelines focused on portfolio efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness. * Conduct integrated analyses incorporating quantitative, macroeconomic, regulatory, and risk-related aspects to anticipate trends and impacts. * Lead strategic projects, ensuring planning, execution, and control over study implementation. * Assess strategy impact using indicators such as delinquency rate, discounts granted, recovery rate, financial return, and other KPIs. * Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations to support leadership decisions. * Represent the department technically in internal forums and committees, presenting results and innovation opportunities. * Promote integration across business areas including credit, risk, CRM, technology, and finance. * Monitor market trends, technological innovations, and regulatory changes, incorporating these elements into strategies. * Support diagnosis, forecasting, and definition of PDD budget. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Knowledge of credit risk management and financial products. * Solid understanding of collection KPIs. * Experience in defining segmented policies and/or credit recovery strategies. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in strategic analysis, analytics, business intelligence, or planning within credit and collections. * Experience in strategic projects and interaction with executive departments. * Ability to communicate clearly when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical techniques, and large-scale data analysis. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in at least one programming language (SQL, Python, R, etc.). * Familiarity with risk indicators, macroeconomic scenarios, and regulatory frameworks. **Expected Behaviors** * Strategic thinking and systemic vision. * Analytical reasoning and ability to tell stories with data. * Autonomy and ownership in project execution. * Influence and coordination in decision-making. * Continuous innovation and product mindset focused on the customer. * Technical leadership and collaboration. * Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments. **Differentiators** Postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Science, Finance, Analytics, or Risk Management is desirable.
