Job Summary: Plan and monitor IT projects and requests, translating needs into requirements and optimizing processes for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support for management decision-making. * Plan, organize, and monitor IT projects and requests, as well as business processes. * Understand user needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements, focusing on process improvement and optimization. * Serve as the liaison between business areas and the IT team, facilitating communication, understanding of requests, and alignment of expectations. * Support managers in prioritizing requests, considering business impact, technical feasibility, risks, and operational capacity. * Map internal processes, information flows, and user journeys, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Propose process improvements, standardizations, and automations to enhance operational efficiency, reduce rework, and improve system utilization. * Organize and track schedules, action plans, activities, deadlines, and responsible parties, ensuring visibility and control over deliverables. * Support the evaluation of technical feasibility of new solutions, in collaboration with the IT team. * Conduct progress meetings, record decisions, pending items, and next steps, ensuring clear and objective communication among stakeholders. * Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, requirements, and system user manuals. * Prepare reports and status indicators for initiatives to support management decision-making. * Support user training and promote best practices for tool and system usage. * Contribute to organizing the request portfolio and gradually building a project-oriented and continuous improvement culture within the company. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday On-site at the Porto Alegre city center **Benefits:** Meal Voucher R$ 35.00 per day Food Allowance R$ 300.00 per month Transportation Voucher Discount Club Wellhub Conexa Saúde Unimed Health and Dental Plan Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance
