Supervision of dish presentation and food hygiene **COMPANY OPERATING IN THE GASTRONOMY SECTOR IS HIRING:** COOK **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare culinary dishes; assist in assembling snacks and meals; prepare side dishes and salads; blanch vegetables; possess knowledge of cutting techniques. Prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, and portioning according to requested servings; use griddles to grill proteins and deep fryers for general preparations; assist in supervising dish presentation and the organization and setup of buffets; ensure food safety and hygiene; and perform other duties relevant to the position. **SALARY:** R$ 2\.500,00 \+ 20% HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE **BENEFITS:** Dental Plan, Health Plan, On-site Meal, Transportation Allowance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48 **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role and at the same workplace as a cook; candidates with experience in commercial restaurants are also eligible.
