Focus on organization, agility, and meeting deadlines **Logistics Internship | Porto Alegre/RS (Hybrid)** **Job Description:** We are looking for an intern to join our Logistics team, supporting operational and administrative routines related to partner studio management and operational support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in registering and updating partner studios in internal systems; * Organize and verify registration data; * Support operational and administrative requests within the department; * Interface with internal departments to align information; * Assist in logistics routines, reservations, and operational controls; * Support process execution with emphasis on organization, agility, and meeting deadlines. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Logistics, Business Administration, Event Management, Tourism, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and Google Drive; * Organized, proactive profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Experience in event logistics, administrative support, or customer service; * Knowledge of rental management and reservation platforms. **Internship Stipend and Benefits:** * Monthly stipend: R$ 1.400,00 * Remote Work Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Gympass **Work Model:** Hybrid **Location:** Porto Alegre/RS If you seek to develop your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we want to meet you!
