Participation in training and development programs **Job Mission** Support administrative and operational routines in the Logistics area, developing professional and behavioral competencies through hands-on activities and learning courses, contributing to the efficiency of logistics processes and material flow. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative routines in the Logistics area, such as document organization, spreadsheet control, and system updates. * Assist in controlling and monitoring orders, receipts, shipments, and material movements. * Support the verification of invoices, delivery orders, and other logistics documents, per team instructions. * Monitor and support internal area request flows (material requisitions, product registrations, data updates, and internal tickets). * Perform data entry and updates in corporate systems (ERP or logistics systems). * Assist in preparing simple reports, inventory controls, and operational indicators. * Support internal service requests by directing logistics-related demands to responsible personnel. * Participate in training and development programs outlined in the apprenticeship contract. * Collaborate in organizing the work environment, including physical and digital files in the area. * Assist in specific Logistics processes, such as inventory support, goods verification, document sorting, and delivery tracking. **Mandatory Requirements** * Age between 14 and 24 years * Currently enrolled in or completed high school. * Basic computer skills. **Desirable Requirements** * Good communication skills and interest in learning about logistics processes. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
