We offer customized solutions to meet our clients' human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Operating manual grinders and sanders for burr removal, surface finishing, metal part stock removal, weld cleaning, corner rounding, and part preparation for painting or assembly. Assisting in the fabrication and machining of metal parts according to technical drawings and production instructions. Performing finishing on machined parts after lathe, milling, plasma cutting, and welding processes. Sorting, identifying, and organizing materials and parts within the production area. Conducting basic visual inspections of parts to verify defects, burrs, and imperfections. Supporting machine operators and welders in departmental activities. Replacing cutting, stock removal, and flap discs on grinders as required by job needs. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools, workbenches, and equipment. Complying with safety regulations when using rotating and abrasive tools, including proper use of PPE. Assisting in handling metal parts and material loading when necessary. Previous experience as a Production Operator, Production Assistant, Production Helper, or Assembler may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
