Unicarreira RH is a human resources specialized company offering recruitment and selection solutions. Its goal is to connect talent with job opportunities in the market. **Responsibilities:** Employee registration. Control of onboarding and offboarding documents. Timekeeping and benefits management. Occupational health and safety control: PPRA, PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, PPP, and e-Social submissions. Absence management. Analysis of specific declarations. Productivity control for cooperative workers. Delivery of PPEs. Ensuring company routines comply with labor legislation; staying updated on changes in labor and tax laws. Updating collective bargaining agreements. Vacation control. On-site work in Cachoeirinha / RS. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Analyst, Payroll Department Coordinator, or Payroll Department Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
