Senior Controller Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to calculate bonuses, perform accounting entries, close and analyze management reports, and propose process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: Calculate bonuses related to performance achievement; Perform managerial journal entries and allocations; Clarify managers' questions regarding performance tracking processes; Execute managerial closing; Prepare and analyze managerial reports; Analyze and propose improvements to own processes; Guide and support the team on related queries. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting Sciences; Experience with Excel (intermediate or advanced level); Strong analytical skills for data and numerical analysis; Ability to work efficiently with standardized processes and recurring routines; Good verbal and written communication skills; Organized profile, attentive to deadlines and details; Collaborative profile, with strong interaction across internal departments; Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced English proficiency; Prior experience in Controller roles; Experience with financial result closing; Familiarity with SAP and AllStrategy Plano.
