**Job Description:**
As a Methods and Processes Technician I, you will be responsible for:
* Analyzing and improving production methods and processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
* Developing and implementing improvements in layouts, workflows, and operational procedures.
* Conducting time and motion studies to identify optimization opportunities.
* Providing training and technical support to production teams.
* Collaborating with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality, to ensure process integration.
* Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Documenting and standardizing methods and processes, maintaining up-to-date records.
**Skills and Requirements:**
* Technical education in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
* Knowledge of production methods and time studies, factory layout, and process improvement.
* Familiarity with quality tools and Lean methodologies.
* Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and continuous improvement mindset.
* Knowledge of CNC programming and press brake processes is a plus!
* Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable.
