Main Responsibilities: * Provide user support, including equipment assembly, repairs, and configuration, as well as assistance with available hardware and software usage; * Train users on available systems/equipment and support them in resolving issues; * Contact software/hardware vendors to resolve issues related to purchased products; * Develop small programs to improve the user-support interface; * Perform equipment/software maintenance and upkeep.
