Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation Assistant to support the technical team in the operation and maintenance of automated systems, ensuring the proper functioning of site equipment. Technical support for routine inspections and simple calibrations We are looking for an **Automation Assistant** to join our outstanding Energy and Automation team! Work scope primarily involves providing technical support for the operation and maintenance of automated systems that control site equipment, such as HVAC, lighting, and security systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * System Monitoring: Continuously monitor and supervise building automation systems using SCADA systems and their graphical interfaces. * Alarm Management: Identify, analyze, and log alarms or anomalies in systems, escalating to field maintenance teams when necessary for issue resolution. * Service Ticket Handling: Manage the creation, tracking, and closure of service and maintenance requests (corrective and preventive) via a dedicated tool. * Operational Support: Assist with remote system operations, including switching lighting circuits on/off, adjusting temperature and ventilation parameters, and configuring comfort/efficiency settings per site requirements or predefined schedules. * Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, incidents, maintenance performed, and energy consumption in spreadsheets and management systems. * Communication: Serve as the liaison between operations, maintenance teams, and, in some cases, site teams, ensuring effective communication regarding system status. * Technical Support: Provide basic field support for routine inspections, tests, and simple sensor/equipment calibrations under supervision by a technician or specialist. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Industrial/Building Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields is a plus. * Intermediate computer skills, including operating systems and spreadsheet software (Excel). * Ability to manage priorities, proactively identify issues, and maintain organized, auditable information. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and communicate clearly. * Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, supporting 24/7 operations. **Additional Information** **And our benefits?** **For your health and well-being:** * Comprehensive hospital medical plan with obstetrics coverage for all hierarchical levels, including full ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency – www.ans.gov.br) procedure coverage; * Dr. Be (telemedicine, telepsychology, nutritional coaching, and sports coaching), free of charge for employees and dependents; * Dr. Be Gestante to support pregnant employees and dependents through week 32; * Wellhub (Gympass) with Free plan option; * Programs and campaigns designed to promote self-care, health, and well-being for employees and their families (Saúde em Dia, Oncological Support, Psychosocial Support and Guidance for Victims of Domestic Violence). **To simplify your daily life:** * Transportation allowance; * Restaurant vouchers; * Employee discount of up to 20% on purchases at our Renner, Youcom, Ashua, and Camicado stores.
