Job Summary: We are seeking undergraduate students to work on document verification, analysis, and operational support for HR Department routines. Key Highlights: 1. Updating and maintaining control spreadsheets and systems **Job Posting \- HR Department** **Requirements:** Undergraduate students majoring in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and internal platforms; solid Excel skills; strong written and verbal communication and composition skills. Basic knowledge of eSocial is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Verify, sort, and analyze documentation; update and maintain control spreadsheets and systems; assist in payroll-related analyses, performing low-complexity calculations (earnings, deductions, and benefits); prepare and submit payment guides, statements, and reports; request and track delivery of supplementary documents and information; provide operational support in departmental routines. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal allowance/food voucher of R$ 41.71 per day, health and dental insurance (UNIMED), Gympass, performance-based bonus opportunities, extended maternity and paternity leave programs.
