We seek a proactive, responsible professional with an operational profile. **Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective building maintenance**; * Carry out minor repairs in **electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry**; * Provide support for maintenance of **lighting, outlets, electrical panels, and basic installations.** **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience in **building maintenance**; * Basic knowledge of **electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance**; * Responsible, organized profile with a sense of priority. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical course or qualification in electrical, electrotechnical, or maintenance fields; * Experience in industrial environments.
