Job Summary: Shipping Assistant responsible for receiving, verifying, and sorting mailbags, invoices, and freight manifests, as well as issuing documents and providing internal department support. Opportunity for professionals with completed high school education **PCD SHIPPING ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** – Receive mailbags from branches, units, and CTCs; bills of lading; invoices; and freight manifests for goods to be shipped; – Maintain RCO (Record of Cargo Operations) control; – Verify received documentation against freight manifests; – Sort and verify bills of lading and invoices by destination unit and forward them for verification on the platform; – Issue and deliver mailbags and freight manifests to drivers, sealing the vehicle before departure; – Provide support to other departments regarding cargo tracking; – Other related duties. **Requirements:** Requirements: – Completed high school education; – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (word processing and spreadsheets); – Basic knowledge of administrative routines. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:12 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 7:12 PM. **Benefits:** Benefits: Productivity bonus, Meal Voucher, Transportation Allowance (VT), Health Insurance Plan, On-site Cafeteria, Pharmacy Discount Program, and Life Insurance. *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
