Professional responsible for developing graphic and digital assets, creating and editing videos, ensuring visual identity, and collaborating with the creative team.

**Responsibilities**: Develop graphic and digital assets for various media, including banners, flyers, social media posts, and email marketing headers; Create and edit institutional and promotional videos, as well as short motion graphics; Ensure brand visual consistency and identity across all developed materials; Monitor design, motion, and UX trends for application in projects; Collaborate with the creative team and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic outputs aligned with company objectives; Guide, together with management, assistants and interns in executing graphic assets and videos; Review creative requests submitted to agencies and vendors; Participate in briefing, alignment, and feedback meetings with various departments; Research visual references and contribute to presentations of creative concepts and strategic proposals; Develop materials for internal events, conventions, and institutional campaigns; Develop, monitor, and lead visual environment projects for Educational Institutions; Support process mapping within the department; Update performance indicators monthly; Ensure daily time tracking and zero balance in overtime bank at month-end; Attend OKR and KPI check-in meetings; Promote sustainable development culture; Perform other related duties;
**Required Education**: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Design, Graphic Production, or related fields;
**Mandatory Requirements**: Performance management tools (KPIs and OKRs); Google Sheets and/or Excel; Google Workspace tools (Drive, Forms, etc.); Communication (written and verbal); Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects); Video editing and basic motion graphics animation; Design tools (InDesign, Figma, Canva);
**Preferred Qualifications**: Project management tools (Jira, Trello, Kanban); Basic knowledge of UX and interface design; Familiarity with the education sector; Experience managing agency briefings and creative requests; BPMN and DMN notation; Creation of responsive materials for diverse devices and formats; Branding and visual identity;

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00;
**Compensation**: Competitive salary + benefits (meal allowance of BRL 37.32 per day, food allowance of BRL 702.85 per month + transportation allowance) and additional benefits listed below.
