Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Specialist with a consultative profile to operate on the front line of fixed connectivity, ensuring local network stability and excellence in IP telephony. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in fixed networks. External Technician – Field Network Analyst FTTH \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday. We seek a Technical Specialist with a consultative profile to operate on the front line of fixed connectivity. Your mission will be to ensure local network stability and IP telephony excellence in high-availability environments. **Your main responsibilities:** **Voice over IP:** Configure, provision, and troubleshoot ATAs, IP Phones, and Softphones (SIP and RTP protocols). **Infrastructure Diagnosis:** Identify and mitigate Layer 2 loops, configure voice VLANs, and manage STP protocols. **FTTH Specialist:** Perform optical fiber repairs at customer infrastructure, assess attenuation levels, and handle field connectors. **LAN and WLAN Network Adjustments:** Adjust routers to prevent NAT table saturation, optimize Wi-Fi and SDN networks, analyze equipment, and assess technology compatibility. **Required Qualifications:** Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) **Protocol Proficiency:** SIP, RTP, TCP/UDP, and solid networking knowledge (OSI model). **Fiber Experience:** Operation of Power Meters, Visual Fault Locators (VFL), and connector cleaning (APC/UPC). **Hands-on Hardware Experience:** Configuration of ONTs, managed switches, and SOHO routers. **Analytical Mindset:** Ability to analyze SIP registration logs and identify SIP ALG interference. **Consultative Approach:** Clear, organized communication focused on customer education. **Preferred Qualifications:** Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA or equivalent).
