




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in mapping, analyzing, and suggesting improvements to electronic board assembly processes, aiming at optimization, cost reduction, and increased efficiency; Monitor the assembly process on production lines, ensuring that operational procedures are correctly followed; Support quality control activities by identifying potential defects and proposing corrective actions to ensure product compliance; Assist in creating and updating technical documents, such as work instructions, operational procedures, and process flows; Collaborate in collecting and analyzing production performance indicators (KPIs), helping identify bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement; Participate in testing and validation of new products and processes, working directly with engineering and production teams; Collaborate in training and upskilling operators, especially on new processes or changes implemented on production lines. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, from the 5th semester onward. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance provided at the company; Transportation allowance (VT).
