Learn more at: https://sinqia.com.br/2023/11/01/evertec\-fusao\-sinqia/ Requirements: * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Quality Engineering practices * Experience in creating and reviewing test scenarios using systematic techniques to ensure efficient coverage * Ability to execute and guide teams in manual functional testing, exploratory testing, and test automation, including: * Web Testing: TestNG/JUnit \+ Selenium, TestNG \+ Playwright, Robot Framework \+ Python * Service Testing: RestAssured \+ Java, Robot Framework \+ Python * Expertise in planning and executing integrated functional tests using appropriate techniques and tools * Knowledge of incident analysis using logs, tools, and providing inputs for correction * Ability to perform risk analysis to direct testing efforts toward high-probability and high-impact scenarios * Experience in defining test strategies, distributing tests across levels according to the chosen strategy * Skill in collecting and analyzing user/business metrics and incidents, using them to define test plans and support decision-making * Knowledge of reviewing prototypes/wireframes and proposing improvements, identifying issues and opportunities * Experience reviewing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, suggesting improvements * Ability to configure and evolve the development pipeline using pre-established tools and standards, including Gradle/Maven for dependency management * Skill in disseminating agile QA culture and practices across teams * Knowledge of application architecture and its integrations, applying this knowledge to test planning and execution * Experience using and evolving processes, standards, and templates predefined by the Quality Chapter * Skill in creating test doubles using an already-defined framework * Experience developing frameworks or scripts for test data generation, including databases such as Mongo, Oracle, and MSSQL, and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ * Ability to report test execution status, critical bugs, and blockers * Skill in presenting deliverables from the team to stakeholders and gathering feedback * Experience debugging errors using logs and monitoring tools * Familiarity with project and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence * Constant pursuit of innovation in systemic processes; Technical and Behavioral Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in software and API automated testing within the quality assurance field; * Manual and automated testing across multiple platforms: Web (TestNG/JUnit \+ Selenium, TestNG \+ Playwright, Robot Framework \+ Python) and API (RestAssured \+ Java, Robot Framework \+ Python, Postman, and Swagger) * Creation of new automation projects using test utility libraries and/or plugins * Experience developing frameworks or scripts for test data generation, including databases such as Mongo, Oracle, and MSSQL, and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ * Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Test Design Patterns, and Clean Code principles * Source code versioning tools (GitLab) * Tools for managing test scenarios and defects * Agile methodologies and the QA role within agile teams * Monitoring/Troubleshooting (Kibana/OpenSearch) * Risk analysis * Databases * Performance and Stress Testing (JMeter) * Contract Testing * Creation of test doubles (mocks, stubs, fakes, spies, dummies) * Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Testing, and DevOps culture * Monitoring/Troubleshooting (Grafana and Dynatrace) This is a plus for us, but not mandatory, OK? * Experience in financial institutions * Experience with rules and decision engines Benefits What you’ll find here: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Childcare assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Flexible benefits (you choose the benefits that best suit your needs). + At Evertec, we value diversity and understand that what adds value is precisely varied ideas and perspectives.
