Job Summary: Occupational nurse to manage occupational health programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and promote health initiatives within the corporate environment. Key Highlights: 1. Active COREN registration. Experience Experience in managing and implementing Occupational Health Medical Control Programs (PCMSO), as per NR-7; Supporting medical coordination in conducting and organizing occupational examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job change, and termination); Reviewing, updating, and transcribing PCMSO information across corporate systems (health management software or legacy systems), ensuring data integrity and traceability; Monitoring occupational health indicators and preparing technical reports; Participation in integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs and health promotion activities in the corporate environment; Experience in managing and organizing occupational health records and documentation; Experience in companies with integrated OHS management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge **Desirable:** Regulatory Standards (NR-7, NR-9, NR-32) and best practices in Occupational Health; Knowledge of OHS management systems and corporate health platforms (focused on health records, exam management, reporting, and integration with other systems); Experience in data migration and standardization across health systems; Knowledge of absenteeism and occupational disease prevention indicator analysis; Familiarity with OHS audit and compliance processes; Participation in employee health education training sessions and campaigns. Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare technical reports and opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the role. Plan, execute, and monitor nursing activities in accordance with organizational guidelines. Perform technical nursing activities and provide first aid. Develop educational and preventive activities within the scope of practice and in the organization’s multidisciplinary projects. Guide and supervise other professionals within the area of practice. Develop and deliver training programs related to the area of practice and/or integrated initiatives. Participate, as a team member, in the development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of plans and projects within the area and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in planning, budgeting, and performance analysis processes; identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Manage inventory of materials within the area of practice.
