




**Position Summary:** The Logistics Administrative Assistant will be the professional responsible for conveying SADA Group’s values to our customers, taking ownership of customer follow-up throughout the entire vehicle receipt and after-sales process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Liaising with the operational team to generate vehicle listings. * Monitoring vehicle dispatch and delivery to dealer outlets. * Providing online and telephone customer support. * Creating spreadsheets for data control. * Assisting with service quotations. * Managing invoices for services rendered. * Preparing formal reports documenting the entire process carried out. **Requirements:** * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. (MANDATORY) * 1–3 years of experience in transportation and logistics processes. * Power BI (OPTIONAL) * Strong communication skills across departments and with colleagues. * Proactive support for team members. * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields.
