At REF Manutenção e Locação LTDA, you will work at the operational heart of the company, ensuring that invoice issuance and document flow happen quickly and securely. Here, your work directly impacts customer service and the company’s financial control. * Issue service and leasing invoices in the company’s system and externally. * Verify customer data, contracts, and orders prior to issuance. * Organize and archive physical and digital fiscal documents. * Support the finance team with simple reports and spreadsheet-based controls. * Prepare accounts payable reports and enter them into the company’s system. * Respond to internal inquiries regarding invoices and registrations. * Assist with general office administrative routines. * Collaborate on the continuous improvement of administrative processes. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative routines or billing. * Knowledge of electronic invoice (NF-e) issuance (products and/or services). * Basic proficiency in Excel and Office/Google Workspace suite. * Organization, attention to detail, and comfort with numbers. * Availability for 100% in-person work. * Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in maintenance, leasing, or service companies. * Familiarity with management systems (ERP) for invoice issuance. * Basic understanding of tax legislation (CFOP, NCM, taxes). * Technical or undergraduate studies underway in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
