




Description: Education: minimum High School diploma. Experience in customer service required. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive clients and patients (owners and animals); * Identify the type of service needed, directing appropriately; * Provide general information about hours, available services, prices, and pre- and post-consultation instructions defined by Veterinarians; * Answer phone calls and messages (WhatsApp, email or system), taking notes and correctly forwarding requests; * Schedule and organize consultations and exams; * Confirm appointments and notify about possible time changes or cancellations; * Record and update client and patient information (registration data, history, relevant observations); * Charge for services rendered, issue invoices and payment receipts; * Administrative control and data entry into spreadsheets, assist in preparing monthly performance reports, forwarding data to the administrative department or coordination; * Assist in document flow between departments (clinical, financial, academic); * Restock and manage reception supplies (paper, forms, labels, badges, etc.). 251030020221706946
