The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in the recording, verification, and tracking of the company's administrative and logistics information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Enter and track orders in the system; * Record invoices and other administrative documents; * Maintain contact with customers, factories, and commercial representatives; * Perform product receiving, inspection, expiry date verification, and inventory control; * Support the preparation of balance sheets, inventories, and control reports; * Monitor goods receipt, dispatch, and storage processes; * Assist with other administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative and/or logistics routines; * Basic knowledge of management systems and invoice issuance; * **Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);** * Strong communication skills and organizational ability; * **Willingness to travel.** * **PREFERRED RESIDENCE IN THE SOUTH ZONE** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
