




Job Summary: Assist with logistics, HR, and procurement tasks, including managing reports, communicating with drivers, and overseeing inventory control, along with other administrative duties. Development of proactivity and resilience **Responsibilities:** * Assist logistics department tasks, supporting the checker in preparing photographic reports; * Directly contact drivers to collect necessary documents for issuing invoices; * Complete delivery manifests; * Send emails to clients; * Manage operational inventory control, and perform other related tasks; * Support HR and Procurement department requirements. **Requirements:** * Experience with the TOTVS system; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.); * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields is considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Empathy; * Resilience; * Strong time and priority management; * Problem-solving ability.
