Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Verify elevator operating conditions at the start of each shift, according to checklist and safety regulations; * Operate construction elevators for transporting personnel, materials, equipment, and tools, respecting load limits; * Perform minor adjustments and simple repairs to ensure proper equipment operation; * Report irregularities, support immediate supervisors, and contribute to defining corrective actions; * Maintain equipment condition, workplace organization, and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE); **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Minimum requirements for this position:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience operating rack-and-pinion elevators / hoists. * Availability for on-site assignments, field services, and external activities, including overtime (Saturdays/Sundays/holidays). **Preferred qualifications include:** * Training in NR-12, NR-18, NR-35, and NR-6. * Knowledge or experience operating elevators / hoist operators.
