Job Summary: Gelb is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support the department in market research, supplier management, and inventory control, contributing to the maintenance of key performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Will support market research and supplier management. 2. Will manage purchase contracts and monitor inventory. 3. Will develop performance reports and track negotiations. Gelb is growing, and we would like to invite you to join our Procurement team! **Responsibilities:** · Assist the procurement department in market research; · Identify potential suppliers for procurement; · Support the development and tracking of reports for supplier performance analysis; · Track negotiations with suppliers; · Monitor product quality and follow up with suppliers; · Manage purchase contracts with suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and contractual terms; · Monitor inventory levels of materials and identify procurement needs; · Support the maintenance of departmental KPIs. **Hard Skills:** · Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in progress preferred; · Experience in procurement processes and inventory item control; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. **Soft Skills:** · Negotiation; · Agile and efficient problem-solving; · Systems thinking; · Adaptability; · Analytical thinking; · Communication; · Organization.
