Description:
For this position, you must have:
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Knowledge of Sales Techniques, Leadership, and Team Management;
* Microsoft Office Suite: intermediate level;
* Digital skills: ability to operate computers, mobile phones, tablets, and other digital devices;
* Prior experience in Management within the retail or telecommunications industry.
Desirable qualifications include:
* Experience managing sales teams: ability to engage team members, monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and develop personnel;
* Experience with store administrative routines: inventory management, cash handling, HR processes, and performance indicator tracking;
* Strategic vision and results orientation: ability to analyze market conditions, identify opportunities, and translate performance indicators into actionable plans for growth;
* Ensure daily achievement of established sales targets and operational results;
* Ensure daily quality in store operational processes by aligning and updating procedures with the entire team;
* Maintain daily store organization and appearance, adhering to the established standard layout process and ensuring team compliance with commitment;
* Control and manage inventory activities and cash inflow/outflow at the store, jointly with the sales assistant;
* Identify improved sales opportunities through market research;
* Periodically and as needed, carry out administrative and HR-related tasks such as job openings, vacation scheduling, timekeeping control, medical certificates, warnings, contract terminations, among others;
* Lead and evaluate the store team daily, ensuring engagement with standardized work processes;
* Develop the team through performance evaluations and frequent feedback;
* Conduct various trainings periodically and as required—including operational, administrative, and sales campaign training—for the store team;
* Ensure quality in executed processes by seeking training opportunities and pursuing personal and professional development; acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the brand’s products and services, as well as team management expertise, to better manage both processes and people;
* Receive daily customer feedback regarding service quality, product quality, and overall experience; manage customer satisfaction indicators.
