Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst focused on strategic negotiation, contract management, procurement process planning and control, and supplier relationship management. Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **What We Seek:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Excellent skills in strategic negotiation, contract management and compliance, planning and control, systemic vision, analytical capability, and clear communication. * Ability to work autonomously with a high level of responsibility. * Senior-level experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contracting, and strategic supplier management and relationship building. **Desirable:** * Experience in institutional organizations, professional associations, foundations, or highly regulated environments with stringent legal and ethical requirements. * Knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls. * Involvement in projects for structuring or improving procurement processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Negotiate strategic contracts with critical suppliers. * Support the drafting, analysis, and management of contracts, in coordination with the Legal Department. * Plan and execute the institution’s procurement strategy. * Lead direct and indirect procurement and contracting processes. * Establish and monitor supplier performance indicators (KPIs). * Implement and strengthen procurement policies, standards, and controls. * Collaborate directly with senior management to support decision-making. * Mitigate operational, financial, and compliance-related risks across the supply chain.
