And you can be part of this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** **How You Will Contribute** **** Our Executive Meter Reading and Billing Area aims to perform electricity meter readings and issue and deliver fair bills to consumers. To achieve this, we rely on well-defined processes and guiding targets—and you can join us as a Senior Commercial Analyst. In this role, you will work at our Porto Alegre \- RS unit. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conduct process and data analysis focused on operational efficiency and performance improvement; * Perform analyses and assessments related to meter reading and billing processes, including complaint handling, bill corrections, etc.; * Identify process offenders and propose improvement or corrective actions; * Perform data gathering and consolidation regarding meter reading and billing; * Support the training and development of assistants and other analysts involved in meter reading and billing activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Teamwork skills; * Curiosity, creativity, and innovation; * Logical reasoning; * Critical thinking and ability to self-motivate when addressing daily operational challenges. * Focus and strong time management skills. **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** By joining Equatorial Group, you become part of a growing company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
