We encourage applications from Black individuals, people with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Organize and coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring deliveries are made efficiently and within established deadlines; Store products in an organized and safe manner, distributing them according to customer needs; Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure an appropriate balance between supply and demand; Manage reverse logistics processes, handling product returns, recycling, disposal, and refurbishment; Receive, process, and track customer orders, ensuring efficient fulfillment and timely status updates for customers; Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring products are delivered per agreed quality and timeline standards; Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), fleet tracking systems, and other logistics technologies to optimize operations and improve efficiency; Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; Assess and manage risks associated with logistics operations, developing contingency plans and implementing preventive measures to minimize negative impacts; Provide customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction with provided logistics services; Possess valid knowledge and certification to operate a forklift; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace; Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Forklift operator training; Basic Microsoft Office skills.
