We are looking for a professional to work as a **Junior Controller Analyst**. We seek a person with an analytical mindset, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to the quality of information and internal processes. This person will support controller, internal accounting, administrative control routines, and provide assistance to the Finance and HR departments. ### **Junior Controller Analyst** * **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 + Transportation Allowance * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Work Model:** 100% on-site * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM. * **Address:** Av. 22 de Maio, nº 797, Nancilândia, Itaboraí, RJ, CEP 24801-088. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support controller and internal accounting routines. * Organize, verify, and update administrative and financial controls. * Assist in preparing and analyzing management reports. * Perform postings, verifications, and monitoring of financial information. * Assist in controlling indicators, documents, spreadsheets, and strategic departmental data. * Support Finance and HR department routines, contributing to greater organization and reliability of information. * Support monitoring of internal processes with a focus on control, accuracy, and data consistency. ### **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in fields such as Administration, Accounting Sciences, Controller, Finance, Financial Management, or related areas. * Proficiency in Excel. * Strong logical reasoning ability. * Knowledge of administrative routines. * Basic computer skills. * Good reading, writing, and comprehension skills in Portuguese. * Familiarity with financial controls, verifications, document organization, and support for internal accounting routines is desirable. *If you are seeking an opportunity to work for a solid automotive industry company and contribute to internal controls and processes, this position may be right for you.* Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Transportation Allowance
