




Receive, verify, and store customer data. Collect monthly fees, membership charges, and tracker payments. Manage the store's cash flow. Order, control, and organize office supplies, maintenance, and cleaning. Receive, forward, filter, and respond to emails and phone calls, providing support. Take messages. Guide arriving customers, clarifying questions or directing them to the responsible department or staff member. Assist with minor administrative support tasks. Release marketing materials to consultants and managers. Maintain and organize the store. Prepare coffee breaks for meetings and training sessions.
