Responsibilities and Duties * Demolish concrete, masonry, and other structures; * Prepare construction site formwork by cleaning the area and compacting soil; * Clean machinery and tools; * Inspect equipment conditions; * Perform excavations, leveling, and other related tasks; * Prepare concrete mix, mortar, scratch coat, and other materials; * Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment; * Operate simple equipment, wheelbarrows, sledgehammers, chisels, and others; * Strictly adhere to safety regulations and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Support the team in executing complementary tasks as required by the project; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 6:45 AM to 4:45 PM; Friday, from 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM Work Location: Sports Area – Quinta do Paraíso Campus, Estr. Venceslau José de Medeiros, 1045 – Teresópolis, RJ. Requirements and Qualifications * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Focused attention, proactivity, good interpersonal relationships, and empathy. * Availability to work flexible hours; * Must reside in Teresópolis.
