




**Your mission as a Contabilíder:** Contabilíders are responsible for disseminating the Contabilizei Culture and promoting the development and sense of protagonism among Guardians and Guardianas. Therefore, it is essential that each leader communicates effectively to reinforce their relationship with the team and possesses analytical vision to ensure high-quality deliverables and results. Our leadership must also work in a planned manner and with a future-oriented perspective, anticipating needs and solving problems across various scenarios. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Planning objectives and analyzing results, while developing people and cultivating the company’s culture—aiming to deliver accounting services with the highest quality and greatest scalability, thereby simplifying entrepreneurs’ lives. * Planning departmental objectives, considering people’s capacity and the company’s budgeted costs, with rapid plan adaptation to meet new scenarios and support business growth. * Building a high-performing, effective team by aligning, developing, evaluating, and making decisions—leading ideas alongside the team to convey strategy and jointly devise solutions.
