Below are the main responsibilities for the selected candidate: * Supervise product manufacturing, controlling process parameters, operational controls, production, safety and environmental targets; coordinate teams, monitor compliance with administrative rules and procedures, prepare technical documentation, and implement quality, safety and environmental standards and procedures. * Supervise industrial activities to ensure adherence to established targets regarding deadlines, quantities, quality, accident risk, and environmental impact; * Halt production in cases of equipment failure risk, quality issues, accident risk, or environmental incidents; * Supervise production to ensure optimal efficiency of labor, equipment, and materials; * Participate in new product development through collaboration with the Technology & Innovation department; * Responsible for the progress of production orders; * Responsible for maintaining factory cleanliness and visual upkeep, ensuring an organized and safe workplace; * Support execution of the master production plan; * Supervise finished product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications; * Manage daily routines and personnel management, guiding and motivating staff in daily tasks; * Monitor operator performance and provide guidance as needed to maintain work pace, quality, and productivity; * Analyze daily production schedules to identify deviations from standard production processes and signal necessary corrections; * Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and request required maintenance and repairs; * Ensure compliance with procedures for storage, control, handling, movement, and preservation of materials; * Identify, analyze, and evaluate environmental aspects and impacts of your process, establishing, implementing, and ensuring operational controls; * Identify root causes of nonconformities and propose corrective and improvement actions**;** * Fully comply with company standards and procedures; Requirements: Mandatory: * Completed Bachelor's degree * Industrial experience * People management experience * Experience managing KPIs We would be especially interested if you also have: * Project management experience * English
