Following assembly procedures/drawings is fundamental to achieving objectives, as is having the profile and experience required to mentor and train less experienced personnel. **Responsibilities:** Assembly of the full range of oil and gas products: ANM, BAP, Tubing Hanger, Actuators, HT-H4 Connectors, Housing Units, and Connection Systems. Activities must be performed in accordance with technical specifications, procedures, and work instructions issued by Engineering, using hoses, hydraulic units, and devices. This task ensures compliance with specified requirements. Assembly of the full range of oil and gas products: ANM, BAP, Tubing Hanger, Actuators, HT-H4 Connectors, Housing Units, and Connection Systems. Equipment drawings and procedures must be analyzed to propose the optimal layout while always meeting procedure requirements, using hoses and hydraulic units, and ensuring the minimum hydraulic circuit cleanliness level defined by Engineering. Perform equipment assembly independently and under supervision of the team leader, utilizing overhead cranes, torque wrenches, and measurement instruments. * Knowledge of recording product serial numbers on the assembly location sheet (where applicable) to enable traceability and compilation of the “data-book” by the Quality Assurance and Control Department. * Adhere to current safety, factory discipline, and ethical conduct guidelines. * Handle relevant documentation such as drawings and manufacturing routings applicable to the respective process phases. * Assemble subsea oil exploration equipment in accordance with assembly drawings and instructions. * Identify correct torque/grout/device based on theoretical tables and product/material information. * Develop fixtures/jigs to facilitate assembly operations across various company equipment. * Properly maintain assembly area test fixtures and tools clean, organized, and clearly identified. * Develop improvement projects by identifying waste in your activities, proposing process improvements, and implementing them. This task aims to add value, reduce process time and cost. **Requirements:** Completed High School education. Mechanical Technician qualification preferred. Experience in assembly and testing of subsea equipment.
