**Position Title:** Senior Procurement Analyst**Location:** Feira de Santana, BA – On-site**Reports To:** PCP Manager
As a **Senior Procurement Analyst**, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational flow of procurement activities, tracking purchase order issuance, actively following up with suppliers, and supplying materials according to the production plan. You will monitor critical materials, maintain system updates, and align internal departments to ensure operational efficiency, traceability, and continuity. **Responsibilities*** Operationally manage the portfolio of direct and indirect material purchase orders, ensuring proper issuance, dispatch, and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs) aligned with production planning requirements
* Issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, system parameters, and required timelines to meet production needs
* Dispatch Purchase Orders to suppliers and conduct active follow-up, tracking confirmations, delivery schedules, changes, and receipt status
* Proactively monitor critical materials, identifying risks of delays, delivery discrepancies, and potential impacts on the production plan
* Serve as the operational interface between PCP, suppliers, Warehouse, Logistics, and internal departments, ensuring alignment of priorities and structured communication regarding supply status
* Monitor the open purchase order portfolio daily, ensuring continuous updates of delivery information and necessary actions
* Ensure accurate updating of procurement data in corporate systems (ERP / TOTVS), guaranteeing data reliability, traceability, and integrity
* Track delivery confirmations, rescheduling, and outstanding material issues with suppliers, reporting significant deviations to the PCP team
* Support operational control of critical materials, assisting in mitigating supply risks and production impacts
* Collaborate with PCP and Logistics to align operational priorities and address urgent supply needs
* Develop and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to the procurement operational flow, ensuring process standardization, discipline, and compliance
* Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and supply operational routines, aiming to increase efficiency, predictability, and data reliability
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
* Advanced Excel proficiency
* Relevant prior experience in the field
* Experience with ERP or MRP systems
* Industrial sector experience is considered a plus
* English proficiency is considered a plus
