Additionally, we are committed to sustainable production of mineral fertilizers. **Position Description \| Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Comply with all internal procedures and ensure the safety of all employees; * Plan and execute logistics operations (inbound and outbound) at the site; * Conduct logistics operations with a focus on daily truck scheduling at the factory, ensuring adherence to the weekly schedule; * Monitor weekly carrier performance and provide feedback to the transportation procurement team for decision-making; * Control transportation supply optimization and competitive cost management at your site; * Collaborate with PCP, Operations, Fulfillment, Portfolio Management, and Commercial teams to maintain accuracy in weekly scheduling; * Analyze regional freight market trends for fertilizers and grains; * Support the corporate team in logistics chain management; * Coordinate with logistics teams from other locations and with manufacturing processes regarding truck positioning for loading and unloading; * Lead the logistics management action plan and mitigate potential risks across the logistics chain; * Generate reports on dispatch activities. **Profile \| Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- * Collaborative mindset, initiative, curiosity, ownership mentality, and respect for diversity; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of road transportation in the Northeast region of Brazil, especially Bahia; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and collaboration aptitude; * SAP system knowledge is considered an advantage. **Contact Information** -------------------------- Talent Acquisition.
