




**Description** Responsible for executing and supporting HR processes, contributing to organizational development, employee well\-being, and compliance with internal policies, engaging in activities related to recruitment and selection, training, personnel administration, organizational climate, benefits, and employee support. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support Recruitment and Selection processes: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees; Execute Training and Development initiatives: logistics, tracking mandatory trainings, effectiveness evaluation, and support for internal events; Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plans, etc.) and assist with payroll, timekeeping, and vacation routines as required by the HR team; Provide employee support and guidance regarding questions on processes, policies, and rights; Support organizational climate surveys and internal marketing initiatives; Prepare reports and area metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training hours, etc.); Contribute to continuous process improvement and maintenance of organizational culture; Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and labor compliance practices; Ensure proper custody, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of equipment, instruments, and tools specific to the job, as well as work areas; Carry out all duties assigned to the position in alignment with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values; Comply with the company's occupational safety regulations, using necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPC), safeguarding personal safety and that of all employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, currently enrolled or completed; strong communication skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
