Will lead technological innovation projects from inception to completion Position Objective: The Process Specialist will operate at the intersection of operations, strategy, and technology. This professional will be responsible for driving operational optimization within the department by combining deep analytical knowledge with the application of advanced technologies. The core focus of this role is to transform data into business intelligence, automate workflows, and lead the implementation of innovation projects—ensuring operations are scalable, efficient, and technologically up-to-date. **Key Responsibilities:** Map, analyze, and redesign existing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and propose evidence-based operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Apply statistical knowledge for data modeling, trend analysis, and scenario forecasting. Structure data pipelines and create interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to support managerial decision-making. Develop automation routines and scripts using programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to optimize repetitive tasks. Explore and implement integrated solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, etc.) to modernize departmental routines. Serve as the focal point for technological innovation projects within the department. Manage and monitor Smart Cameras infrastructure (intelligent cameras), ensuring continuous operation, proper calibration, and high reliability of readings and data collected during production processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering (Production, Computer, Control and Automation), Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields. Proficiency in programming logic and practical experience with data- and automation-oriented languages (VBA, Python, or SQL). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, with emphasis on the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Advanced Excel. \-Internal Use\- Solid foundation in statistical methods, database manipulation, and data engineering concepts (ETL). Familiarity with computer vision systems, IoT device management (smart cameras), and hardware integration with data systems. Systemic and Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand how small technological changes impact the business as a whole. Analytical and Solution-Oriented Profile: Aptitude for addressing complex problems and formulating data-driven solutions. Interpersonal Communication: Skill in translating complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders—and vice\-versa. Project Management: Organizational ability and proactivity to lead innovation initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring delivery of value. On-site work required.
