We have a partnership opportunity in the electrical technician field **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation and equipment standards; * Implement performance controls, reports and metrics; * Develop vision and strategies for technical disciplines; * Propose improvements and manage risks; * Provide technical support in operations and capital projects; * Lead and guide the technical team; * Manage safety and documentation (checklists, APRs, RDOs); * Supervise projects and ensure adherence to best practices; * Work independently on complex issues; * Contribute to technical reviews, assessments and proposals; * Support the preparation of procurement packages; * Assist in project operational activities; * Perform other assigned duties.
