Our Areas of Operation: * Rio Grande do Sul * Minas Gerais **We invite you to follow our work and become part of Sicredi Gerações.** **Shall we go together?** ------------------- **Responsibilities and duties** * **Evaluate and monitor** the effectiveness of internal controls in operational and administrative processes. * **Support** the creation and updating of risk and control matrices. * **Conduct** control tests and propose corrective action plans. * **Disseminate** a culture of risk and controls within business areas. * **Support** internal and external audits by providing evidence and monitoring action plans. * **Ensure** compliance with internal regulations, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. * **Prepare** management reports and performance indicators for the area. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Complete** all stages within Gupy. **Education:** * **Bachelor’s degree** completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields. **Desired technical knowledge:** * **Knowledge of** internal controls, risk management, and compliance. * **Understanding of** Bacen regulations and legislation applicable to credit cooperatives. * **Ability to use** process mapping and risk analysis tools. * **Proficiency in** Office Suite (intermediate to advanced level). * **Familiarity with** frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, or similar.
