Join us in building the future of technology! **If you thrive on challenges, have a consulting mindset, and wish to grow in a dynamic and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you!** **Position: Junior IT Process Analyst** **What will you do daily?** * Work in IT Governance with ITIL processes (Change Management, Incident Management, CMDB, Vendor Management, Incidents, and Requests). * Analyze and approve changes; lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. * Manage the CMDB process. * Analyze and audit tickets (incidents, requests, and changes). * Conduct documentation gathering, analysis, and standardization. * Identify process failures, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Create flowcharts and diagrams to facilitate process understanding. * Support execution of action plans, ensuring implementation of improvements. * Monitor and provide visibility into the status and performance of ITIL processes, suggesting adjustments when necessary. **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of IT governance and industry best practices. * Experience with Bizagi. * Knowledge of ITIL. * Skills in mapping, analyzing, implementing, and improving IT processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:** * ITIL certification. * Hands-on experience with CMDB and Change Management. **What we offer for this position:** * Meal/food allowance: BRL 31.43 per day (Flash card). * Transportation allowance: according to need. * Flexible Benefit: BRL 250.00 (Flash card). * Sulamerica Health and Dental Plan: co-payment based. * Life Insurance. * Birthday Day Off. * On-site massage. * Partnerships and discounts across multiple segments. * Growth opportunities and support for certifications. * A collaborative, inclusive, and welcoming environment. **Join IT\-ONE!**
