This was only the beginning of a story that has made us a market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitoring of **data centers**, physical and virtual servers using tools such as **Zabbix, Nagios, and Minutrade**; * Opening and tracking tickets in proprietary tools (GLPI); * Engaging **telecom operators, suppliers, and customers**, per defined procedures; * Providing **basic-level user support**; * Performing **operational checklists and monitoring routines**; * Responding to and communicating via **email, phone, and WhatsApp**; * Logging, tracking, and closing incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of **IT Support**; * Experience in **user support**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Familiarity with **Active Directory**; * Experience or familiarity with **ITSM systems**; * **Strong communication skills, organization, and sense of urgency**; * **Committed, responsible, and proactive profile**, focused on routine execution and service quality. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal or Food Allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass).
