Job Summary: Grinder Machine Operator responsible for feeding, operating, and monitoring grinders; quality control; material sorting; basic maintenance; organization; and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for operating and monitoring plastic grinders. 2. Involves quality control and material sorting for recycling. 3. Requires agility, attention, and initiative for cross-departmental cooperation. **GRINDER MACHINE OPERATOR POSITION** Plastic manufacturing industry **SALARY:** R$1\.906,81 **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday \- 7:42 AM to 5:30 PM **BENEFITS:** Chartered transportation, meal voucher, and basic food basket **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Feeding the Grinder:** Load the machine with plastic waste (PP, PE, PVC, PS, etc.), injection/blow-molding flashings, and rejected parts. * **Operation and Monitoring:** Start up, operate, and monitor plastic grinders (granulators), controlling speed and grinding process. * **Quality/Granulometry Control:** Verify granulometry of ground material (flake size) and ensure material is dry and free of impurities. * **Material Sorting:** Sort and separate plastics by type and color prior to grinding to prevent contamination (e.g., separate PET from HDPE, or sort by color). * **Basic Maintenance:** Clean the grinder and replace or adjust screens and cutting blades to maintain efficiency and desired granulometry. * **Organization and Packaging:** Identify, weigh, and package ground material (flakes), and organize the recycling area. * **Safety:** Strictly adhere to safety regulations (PPE such as ear protection, safety goggles, and gloves), given high noise levels and risk of cuts during operation. **Required Skills:** * Basic knowledge of plastic types (thermoplastics). * Agility and attention to organization. * Initiative to cooperate with injection/blow-molding departments (main production). **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD SEND RESUMES TO:** **EMAIL:** bemestarcurriculos@gmail.com **EMAIL SUBJECT:** GRINDER MACHINE OPERATOR **ADVERTISEMENT VALIDITY:** 31/03/26
