Apply knowledge of ANTT regulations and identify legal opportunities for cost reduction. Negotiate with carriers based in regions with tax incentives. Develop and manage a national carrier portfolio, with continuous prospecting of new suppliers. Implement backhaul freight strategies and seek innovative market solutions. Ensure contractual and legal compliance at all stages of the logistics process. Monitor logistics performance indicators and implement corrective and preventive actions. Study and adapt innovative logistics models used by global companies and startups.
