**MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Location:** Ribeirão das Neves/MG. **Travel availability required.** **Education:** High school diploma. **Required technical skills:** \- Minimum of approximately 1 year of experience in vehicle maintenance (automotive repair shop) or heavy machinery maintenance (excavators, backhoes, bulldozers, compactors, loaders). \- Category B driver's license. **Summary of responsibilities:** \- Work with hydraulic excavators and vibratory hammers; \- Perform corrective maintenance on heavy equipment according to company procedures and instructions; \- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as per maintenance plan; \- Install and test attachments such as vibratory hammers on hydraulic excavators; \- Support the Operations department by guiding Operators in pile driving operations, ensuring proper equipment functionality; \- Travel to customer construction sites for equipment maintenance services; \- Comply with legislation, company policies, standards, and procedures, safeguarding company assets. \- Maintain hygiene and organization in the work environment to comply with safety and environmental regulations, protecting employee health. **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 17:00.
