**Job Objective** Responsible for the safe transportation of equipment and biological materials, ensuring compliance with routes, deadlines, safety standards, and quality requirements. Also performs operational leadership of motorcycle rider and driver teams, monitoring daily activities, guiding team members, and assisting in organizing operational demands. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform collection and delivery of equipment and biological materials according to the operational schedule; * Operate motorcycles safely, adhering to traffic regulations and internal procedures; * Lead and guide motorcycle rider and driver teams in daily activities; * Monitor adherence to routes, schedules, and operational demands; * Support service distribution and alignment of the operational team; * Ensure proper packaging and transportation of biological materials; * Maintain motorcycles, vehicles, equipment, and mandatory documentation; * Report operational incidents, delays, deviations, or maintenance needs; * Assist in onboarding and training of new employees; * Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and good practice standards. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in transportation or logistics sectors; * Experience transporting biological or hospital-related materials; * Familiarity with urban and metropolitan routes. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Hazard pay * Motorcycle leasing * VA (Meal Allowance) Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
