With the main objective of continuously improving the customer experience, we are seeking an **STEINERT – APPLICATIONS COORDINATOR** to join our Laboratory and Applications team. **Main responsibilities:** ü Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Applications Laboratory, ensuring efficient execution within technical and safety standards. ü Plan, prioritize, and monitor laboratory-scale and industrial-scale tests involving **Sensor\-Based\-Sorting** equipment and magnetic separation equipment. ü Ensure the update and proper use of laboratory management systems, monitoring performance indicators and proposing improvements. ü Conduct and/or accompany technical visits to plants, mines, and customers, ensuring consultative, high-value-added service. ü Lead the preparation and review of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for customers and internal stakeholders. ü Lead the technical interface with Commercial, After\-Sales, and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment of solutions and pre- and post-sales support. ü Represent STEINERT at trade fairs, conferences, universities, and technical events, reinforcing the brand's institutional and technical presence. ü Promote internal and external technical training, strengthening team and customer capabilities. ü Identify and implement improvements in internal processes and customer service, aiming to optimize timeframes, costs, and quality. ü Monitor technological and market trends, suggesting innovations that enhance STEINERT’s competitiveness; ü **Profile:** ü Degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Geology; ü Desired experience in mining: ore processing and beneficiation; ü Master's degree in the field is desirable; ü Motivated, proactive, excellent verbal and written communication, personal organization, leadership and team management skills!
