Focus on planning, quality, and safety during execution SEEL Engenharia is seeking a Construction Master to work on hydroelectric projects alongside SPIC Brasil. We seek a professional with strong field experience, team leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure activity execution in compliance with the planning, quality, and safety requirements of large-scale projects. **Construction Master – Hydroelectric Project \| SPIC Brasil** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, guide, and oversee civil construction teams performing construction, maintenance, and renovation activities at project sites; * Interpret execution drawings, technical reports, site records, and work orders to ensure services are correctly executed per specifications; * Plan, guide, and monitor activity execution according to the physical schedule of the project, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely delivery; * Assign, guide, and inspect operational team tasks, ensuring correct use of materials, tools, equipment, and construction methods; * Conduct material quantity surveys required for activity execution, requesting procurement and replenishment from responsible management; * Manage inventories of materials, tools, equipment, and waste, ensuring organization, rational usage, and resource conservation; * Supervise and guide corrective and preventive maintenance services for structures and facilities on-site, as operationally required; * Ensure all services are performed in accordance with design documents, technical standards, quality criteria, and safety procedures; * Monitor team performance, promoting technical alignment, productivity, and adherence to institutional guidelines; * Proactively identify execution issues and propose technical and operational solutions; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, hygiene, environmental regulations, and company institutional rules; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the construction site; * Perform other related duties as required by the project and management directives. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Master or in related roles; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications; * Knowledge of area, volume, measurement, and proportion calculations applied to civil construction; * Demonstrated experience as a Construction Master, preferably on infrastructure, energy, dam, or hydroelectric power plant projects; * Experience in field-based planning and team guidance; * Familiarity with material, tool, and construction process control; * Familiarity with occupational safety, health, and construction site organization standards.
